My onboarding process explained
There’s nothing like a well thought through process to keep things running smoothly and to give my clients a service like non-other! Today I’m sharing with you my tried and tested process to get your Instagram Engagement service onboard and humming smoothly.
I love having all the necessary information before I start so that I can do the best possible job without delays. Wherever possible, I’ll start a new contract on a Monday. This gives me the needed day or two beforehand to get everything in order before I get started.
Access to your account
I send out an email requesting all your login details. If I’m doing VA tasks for you, this will include your email and Google Drive access.
2. Describe your Ideal Client
I ask for a message/voice message/email with all your ideal client information. You all know what this means! Who you’re targeting, their age, their pain points, what they do, what they like, who they are!
3. Building a personal profile
After I’ve received all these details, I log into your Instagram account and begin building a personalised profile of YOU.
This profile includes a spreadsheet with our start date and your account details such as how many followers you have, brand info, brand language and other basic information.
4. Hello Voxer!
Next, I add you on Voxer. I need open communication for what I do! I communicate at least once a week with my clients.
5. Create a shared Google Drive Folder
Finally, I create a shared folder in Google Drive. In the shared folder, I’ll keep track of new followers, new Facebook members, metrics and many other interesting details.
I do this to be completely transparent with my clients. You’ll know exactly what I’m doing, what results I’m getting, and you won’t have to worry about a thing!
